Don Vander Wal, President

Don Vander Wal brings extensive management and leadership experience to IAS. As the Director of the E-Business team for XO Communications, Don managed the strategic development of XO's advanced internet and network solutions for many large enterprise companies, including Microsoft, Intel, and Yahoo. Don directs the operations side of IAS, managing the implementation and support of domestic and international enterprises. Through his knowledge of industry best practices and current technologies, Don's operational expertise around the integration of voice and data provides an important value-add for IAS clients.

Michael Nelson, Vice President of Business Development

Michael Nelson has had an extensive career consulting with major carriers who provide wholesale services to CLECs, ASPs and ISPs. This experience has given Michael a comprehensive understanding of next generation carrier technologies such as MPLS, SIP, carrier optimizations and cost containment. Looking into the future of how business will continue to integrate technology into business processes, Michael has embraced the imperatives of innovation and the IT services business model. Michael and his team bring a better IT solution - one that is more comprehensive, less costly, and provides new capabilities.

David Langlois, Vice President of Sales

With over 19 years of industry experience working strategically with such enterprises as Toyota Motor Sales, Western Digital, Pacific Sunwear, DaVita and many others, David Langlois has the expertise in voice, video, data, collaboration and Unified Communications technologies to help enterprises compete and succeed in today's global market. This experience allows him to address client needs, not just in terms of their current IT infrastructure, but also how IT will impact their growth plans. David understands both the voice and data sides of networking and conducts onsite quarterly technology review meetings to help clients manage their voice and data solutions. Whether clients are looking to enhance their networks with new solutions or want to optimize what they already own, David and his team can deliver and support a solution that enhances both the technical and tactical sides of a business's communications infrastructure. This comprehensive solution emphasizes quick ROI's and the lowest TCO possible. David primarily manages multi-site clients with offices around the world.

Stephen Robinson, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Robinson has 24 years of Operations and Information Technology management, and 19 years of experience in Contact Centers design, deployment and measurement contributing to his present position at Integrated Access Solutions. He is responsible for all aspects of the services delivery mechanism. His background in engineering came from Hughes Aircraft Company where he worked in operations and then later as senior programmer. During the period from 1990 to 2000 he worked at Pacific Life Insurance Company in Southern California where he obtained a strong skill set in Contact Centers and Microsoft based IP telephony solutions. As a Microsoft evangelist, he was early to deploy a Highly Available Exchange 5.5, SQL solution for the 35 node WAN rollout across the United States. In 2000 he moved full time into the Call Center Space and has since been involved with either building, engineering or delivering hundreds of call centers solutions in the US and Europe. His most recent accomplishments as Vice President Global Consulting Services with Alliance Systems provided additional depth and experience in contact center and enterprise level environment. Over the last several years he has provided consulting and solutions to several industries and vertical markets applying his Microsoft background, including, Boeing, International Gaming Technologies, Western Digital, Harrah's Entertainment, Pulte Mortgage, Columbia Ultimate Software, Intel, American Airlines, Americas Credit Union, National Pen, the State of Tennessee, and several other financial institutions, and enterprise organizations. Mr. Robinson is a 1988 Graduate from California State University in Long Beach in Automated Systems Management.
