IAS Managed Unified Communications (UC) is a proactive communication network management service that provides support for the Customer's Unified Communications Network Infrastructure by performing proactive monitoring, emergency response, backup and restore services, and remote moves, adds, and changes. Additionally IAS will provide procurement services and training to supplement core services.

Proactive Management and Reporting IAS proactive management evaluates your system on a regular basis and identifies situations that may cause critical resource issues, e.g., blockages due to too few trunks, disk space, processing capacity, etc. Reporting includes monitoring and measuring the Proactive management and reporting is not available without a Managed UC Agreement.
Emergency Service Plan IAS is committed to restoring basic phone service within 2 - 4 hours of notification. You receive priority queuing for a permanent replacement system. Priority service is not available. Scheduling is prioritized after Warranty and Managed UC Agreement customers.
Manufacturer Software Support Ongoing system reliability through critical patches and updates when necessary. These updates keep your systems current and operating with high availability. Priority notification is not available except for security related patches. Labor is billable. Out-of-hours scheduling is not available except for critical cases. Scheduling is prioritized after Warranty and Service Agreement customers.
IAS Customer Support Web Site Access to a wide range of self-service features and information including: Access to the IAS Web Store; Equipment ordering/software downloading; Service request creation and status; Technical Chat sessions/FAQ's Ordering of replacement equipment via the Customer Support Web Site is not available.
Agency / Carrier Consulting Single point of contact for fast and efficient network trouble reporting and resolution with the service providers. Client must contact the service provider directly potentially spending hours on the phone with technical support.
Configuration Database Management Provides remote backup for your company's communication system configuration. The backup provides a supplement to your company's existing translations backup routine - ideal for emergency preparedness and/or frequent moves and changes. Not available without a Managed UC Agreement.
Unified Communication Design Engineer A non-billable resource to that will assist in design and consultation of unified communication solutions. Billable at up to $200 per hour.
Dedicated Technicians IAS Dedicated Technicians, are capable of delivering any of the following services: Moves, adds, and changes; installation support; emergency support; coordination of networking, equipment, circuit acceptance testing and much more. Billable at premium hourly rates.
Training Web based and on-site training for management and end users with a dedicated Technology Advisor. Training is billable at hourly rates up to $200 per hour.
Technology Advisor Provides various levels of consultation, monthly status reporting, escalation and resolution; becoming a functional member of your company's IT & Telecommunication Team. All Technology Advisor services are billable at premium hourly rates.
Remote Moves, Adds & Changes MAC Services are comprised of move, add, change and delete activity for software, hardware, or a network component. These Services can be provided by IAS remotely. All Remote moves, adds and changes are billable at premium hourly rates.
