A Professional Systems Engineer will maintain Preventive Maintenance measures on your network, including but not limited to:

- Managing malware/anti-virus/anti-spyware applications and performing remediation to correct any problem systems

Technology Advisor
An IAS Technology Advisor will be assigned to your company so you can get the most from your partnership with IAS. With an IAS Technology Advisor you can discuss your service needs, future goals, and take advantage of IAS procurement services. You will also receive a monthly Network Heath Report.
Virtual Chief Information Officer (VCIO)
Long-term strategic planning on a quarterly basis helps keep your technology and business needs aligned. A Systems Engineer will examine your business practices and make recommendations for technology solutions that will benefit your business.
IAS Help Desk
Our remote help desk personnel take ownership of any IT problem you may encounter and coordinate efforts until the issue is resolved. Throughout the process, you are kept fully informed, with a single point of contact. Additionally, you may contact the IAS Help Desk to receive immediate answers on products, features, functions and interoperability.
Proactive Monitoring & Emergency Response
IAS provides 24x7 Proactive Remote Monitoring to ensure that the critical devices and applications that comprise your network are up and running as required. If an emergency is detected via our Remote Monitoring system, your designated Systems Engineer is notified to begin corrective action. Emergency Response is available if your company experiences a critical server or application failure; software corruption, a virus infection negatively impacts business operations, or will cause such impact within 48 hours if not remedied.
Proactive Monitoring includes:
- Virus Protection Monitoring ensures that anti-virus programs are functioning properly and that regular updates are being received and installed.
